[Chameleon] Link_to_metadata

Dear List,

there are hyperlinks at the legend widget (on the layers name)guiding to a new window with metadata. What is the corresponding chameleon file? (LegendInfo.phtml?layerinfo_body.phtml?)
If yes, where schould I change what in order to:
-set another hyperlink on "No Metadata URL available" to Metadata (to start: local-> .txt or .pdf; later: maybe .xml)
System: MS4W 2.2.6, Chameleon 2.6.0rc1
