[Chameleon] Where to Setup clickMapSizePopup?

I'd like to make the custom mapsize popup available on my application,
however I'm using the dropdown menu version of the MapSize Widget. When
I add the custom size tag to the widget it doesn't do anything and
JavaScript errors saying it can't find the clickMapSizePopup() function.
When the MapSize widget is set to be a button the popup works why
doesn't this work for the dropdown version?
