[Chameleon] Layer_Group - CustomLegendTree issue

Thanks to the wiki, i could get close to getting it. The legend tree can be
viewed at http://www.ost-almeda.com.

There is a minor problem, i hadnt been able to get around. That is, when i
select an individual layer and click update (while the tree is expanded),
the page refreshes and the group shows expanded, but the icon shows up as
one for collapsed (while it should have been the expanded icon).

Any pointers on how to get around it?
