[Chameleon] MapSize widget and scale

This sounds like the NAV_CMD is not getting reset in the MapSize widget.
And probably the zoomin tool is active or not?

Try adding:
{$this->mszHTMLForm}.NAV_CMD.value = '';

before the form submit, i.e.:

{$this->mszHTMLForm}.submit();
