[Chameleon] "qry" file

Hi
 
When I use ROIFeatureTool an I select one feature area I notice that there is one  "qry" file in the temporary session folder.
 
 
What is "qry" file?
 
How I can read the coords of ROI area which has been created by ROIFeatureTool?
