[Chameleon] problem with MapTips

Hello again,

I've now a problem with MapTips.
I got the Jason Fournier's code (massage ; 
http://lists.maptools.org/pipermail/chameleon/2005-December/003271.html). The 
ToolTip shows up with all browser except IE.
But, I got 2  problems when I run my Chameleon.
1:  a message error:   ERROR: Button.php was unable to find a shared  resource 
named TextButtons for widget MapTips.
2: Navigation tools are no longer available?
Could you please help on this ?
