To make psycopg available as part of FGS, I think it should be included
in the lib/python2.3/site-packages directory of the Python FGS package.
If you wanted to make it useful within OpenEV in some manner you could
write a "tool" and dump that in the share/openev/tools directory. But
you would need to consider how you wanted it to interact within OpenEV.
Note that right now you can open a spatial table in Postgres from
within OpenEV. I haven't tested it with the full FGS suite but that
would be interested. That is done through OGR, not using psycopg.

The OpenEV_FW_175.zip was not quite completely uploaded it seems which
resulted in the .zip file being unextractable. I don't seem to have
a copy here at home so it seems that 1.7.5 will be the release that
didn't exactly happen. I will likely prepare 1.7.6 (or I guess 1.8.1
since Gillian has release a 1.8.0 now) sometime fairly soon.
