[FGS] Bugzilla for FGS

Is there already a bugzilla somewhere to file issues about FGS packages?

If not then what would you think of creating one on 
http://maptools.org/bugzilla/ ? I'd like to have a place to record 
issues with the packages that Guillaume has been building (missing PROJ 
and GDAL files, etc.)

Whether we go with our small-package approach or your fat-base-package 
approach, I think we need a bugzilla anyway.
