[FGS] Postgres createlang plpgsql ??

hmm, this might be an issue reported by Peter Pulsifer...have u tried 
something like this?

$ createlang --pglib=$FGS_HOME/lib plpgsql testgis

(i have added this to the 'help.txt' file in CVS)
