[FGS] postgis not support proj and geos

I installed  fgs-postgis-lib-1.0.0.
When I tried function transfrom(),received message here.
 ERROR:PostGIS transfrom() called but support not compiled in.Modify your 
makefile to add proj support,remake and re-install
then I try sql "select postgis_version();"received "1.0 USE_GEOS=0 
USE_PROJ=0 USE_STATUS=1" .

How I support geos and proj when install postgis ?
