[FGS] php_pgsql.module not loaded in php

Hi Rainer,

try:

$ fgs force-install php-base:4.4.2
http://www.maptools.org/dl/fgs/modules/0.2

I had this issue a couple of weeks ago and I had to recompile PHP in
order to be able to insert this module.
