I've done your advice to edit php.ini template first

but here another problem 

excerpt from phpinfo()

MYSQL
MYSQL_SOCKET 	/tmp/mysql.sock

so how I'm to going to change MYSQL_SOCKET to 

/var/lib/mysql/mysql.sock
