[FGS] php_pdf-module | undefined symbol PDF_open_fp

Hello all,

I has having the exact same problem with the php_pdf-module:
     Unable to load dynamic library ... undefined symbol PDF_open_fp

So I tried installing from:
     http://www.maptools.org/dl/fgs/modules/current/
  and
     http://www.maptools.org/dl/fgs/modules/0.2/
versions
     4.4.2
     4.3.11
Each install gave the same error.

Then I compared the 4.3.11 php_pdf-module version in
http://www.maptools.org/dl/fgs/modules/0.2/ to the 4.3.11 php_pdf-module
version in http://www.maptools.org/dl/fgs/modules/0.1/
I discovered that they have a different size (maybe not all that relevant).
I ran:
     fgs force-install php_pdf-module:4.3.11
http://www.maptools.org/dl/fgs/modules/0.1/
The error went away :-)

_Conclusion_
The 0.2/ and current/ php_pdf-module have an error but the 0.1/
php_pdf-module (4.3.11) is okay.
