[FGS] [Fwd: FGS build with TileCache, mod_python]

Norm,

I committed the tilecache, mod_python changes.... to build mod_python  
you need to uncomment lines 22-31 in $FGSDEV_HOME/pkg_def/python/ 
fgs_build.  Mod_python needed ssl support in python for it build  
properly.

These modules are not fully tested but, i have set up a few tilecaches  
with the builds.

I do have the modules available but, what i currently have aren't  
built against a stock fgs.

I'll rebuild the modules, in a stock fgs and pass the files onto  
Normand to upload.
