[FGS] security installing FGS as root vs FGS as a regular user

Hi,
FGS runs Apache under $USER which is the user that installed FGS. You
can change that in fgs/www/conf/httpd.conf. You can also change the port
FGS is running its Apache on in fgs/etc/fgs/pkgs/apache-base/apache.conf
