[FWTools] FWTools 0.9.5 for Linux now out

Folks,

I have prepared a cut of FWTools 0.9.5 for linux.  This includes
GDAL 1.2.5 and MapServer 4.4b3.  Windows should follow shortly, but
I ran into some crashes in the test suite I need to track down first.
