[FWTools] python/mapscript

Hello,

Please forgive me if somebody has already mentioned this:

I downloaded and installed 0.9.6 for M$.  When I open an FW shell, run
python, and import mapscript, I get a dialog box complaining of an invalid
entry point for NCSEcw.dll.

After google searching I did find that somebody said that if you have different
versions of this DLL, you might get this message.  I do have one, as part of 
the ms4w package BUT, I don't think it is in my path anywhere.

Any ideas?
