Scottie, 

As far as I know this conflict only occurs if you have a different version
of the NCS (ECW) DLLs in windows\system32.  Are you sure you don't?

It has been my intention to rebuild the NCS DLLs with a different name for
the next FWTools release to avoid this problem.  However, this has proven
tougher than I originally expected.
