[FWTools] FWTools for Linux - 0.9.9 beta

Folks,

I have posted an FWTools for linux binary distribution.  While the
GDAL, and Mapserver have been updated from 0.9.8, and the new
"version reporting" changes from windows have been applied, it is
otherwise the same as it was.  Notably, I failed to incorporate HDF5
though the issues are not insurmountable. 

Please give it a try and let me know.
