[FWTools] gdal compile and link problems

[=?gb2312?q?=C2=B3=C3=F4?=]

I want to use gdal, and I installed the FWTools in my home.
  I set the ~/bash_profile as the install instructions said.
  The gcc can not find the include and lib I want.
  Then I set the /etc/ld.so.conf file as some people said.
  But it still doesn't work.
   
  What should i do to make it work properly?
