[FWTools] FWTools 1.0.0a6 Released

Folks,

I have prepared an FWTools 1.0.0alpha6 release, available at:

  http://www.gdal.org/dl/fwtools/FWTools-linux-1.0.0a6.tar.gz
  http://www.gdal.org/dl/fwtools/FWTools100a6.exe

This should include a version of MapServer roughly corresponding
with MapServer 4.8beta1.  Also the linux build now includes "testepsg".
Both builds include the new ODBC spatial query support.
