[FWTools] what´s wrong

when I type ogrinfo gua.ovf

this error appears
ERROR 4: Update access not supported for VRT datasources.

does anyone know what´s that?!?!?!

i´ve tried ogrinfo gua.ovf -ro

and then nothing happened...

my mxl file is just above
