Davi,

This just indicates that the VRT driver is read-only.  Ogrinfo reverts
to read-only mode if read-write access fails so this is really just a warning.

Now, this is an issue.  You don't get any report at all?  That is strange
and I'm not sure why that would be.  You might try setting the CPL_DEBUG
environment variable to ON to get more info.

on win32:

set CPL_DEBUG=ON
ogrinfo -ro gua.ovf
