[FWTools] 50x jp2 to mosaic jp2 remaining in the comrpessed domain

Jeff,

Sorry, currently there is no way to mosaic directly to compressed files
with FWTools.  However, you could mosaic to an Erdas Imagine file, which
can exceed 4GB, if you have the space.  Then re-compress to jpeg2000.
