[FWTools] ESFI shapefile conversion

Hi all,

I'm a neophyte when it comes to map file formats - I
have an ESRI shape file in an apparently unknown
coordinate system, and can convert it to an ascii
MapInfo format, but the ultimate objective is to
extract latitude/longitude from the data.

After conversion, the resulting *.mif data isn't
lat/long points -
