[FWTools] OpenEv crash with FWTools 1.0.0b3

Daniel,

I suspect this is an OpenGL / texture issue.  You might want to try
openev with the "-h" flag and see if that helps.  This is a problem known
to occur sometimes, but I have yet to figure out when/why or what the
correct fix is.
