[FWTools] ogr2ogr with MySQL

Well, I thought that might have been the problem, so I had upgraded to
FWTools 1.0.5. I believe that's the latest one. Since I'm windows based, is
there another OGR tool that I could use?

I use CVS version of OGR utilities compiled by myself on Linux and I've
not met any problems regarding MySQL support.
May be there is a problem with OGR tools from the FWTools.

What FWTools version do you use?
