[FWTools] FWTools and C#

Is there a way that I can use FWTools from within a C# application.  I found
a wrapper for the proj library, but I could never get it to work right.
What I am most interested in, right now, is to take decimal degrees and
convert them to Albers meters.  Eventually, however, I would like to do a
lot more.
