[FWTools] FWTools for Linux and ecw support?

I'm sorry in the first testing I forgot to add "./" and the wrong 
gdal_translate was used. But then it complained:
"libgcc_s.so.1 must be installed for pthread_cancel to work"
So I copied it from /lib to the lib folder of FWTools and now every 
thing works!

Sorry for causing trouble!
