Hi Lance,

The most likely culprit is that there are older version(s) of one or 
more .dll's being found instead of the current one. For example the 
error message indicates lti_dsdk_dll.dll.

Set your PATH to have nothing but c:\[path to install]\fwtools\bin in it 
and try again.

   Start > Run > cmd.exe

   C:\> set path=c:\program files\fwtools2.0.3\bin
   C:\> openev

If that works then have a look in the C:\windows and C:\windows\system32 
for duplicates of the dll's. For each dupe either delete the windows one 
or copy the current fwtools one over it.

In each of the older fwtools directories there will be an 
"uninstall.exe", which when run should do just that.
