[FWTools] gdalwarp failing when executing two copies simultaneously

Just tried it on a linux machine, and even a single thread is failing with
this error.. I can run it from the command line (using the gdalwarp under
bin_safe in both cases) fine, but it fails when run from a shell spawned via
Java.
