[FWTools] pgsql2shp in batch

I am trying to run the pgsql2shp function in batch (i.e. I have a number
of tables in a PostGIS database that I am trying to export to
shapefiles).  I have tried creating a .bat file with the pgsql2shp
command line for each table but it only seems to export the first entry.
Any ideas?
