[FWTools] Convert GPX to shapefile

Does the Python distro in FWTools include SAX?  I've played around a
bit going from GPX to KML using that, and that was pretty straight
forward.  Pretty sure going to .shp wouldn't be too hard either, but
not sure about the other vector formats that OGR supports.
