[FWTools] converting to KML

Hi!

I successfully converted yesterday my shape files to KML by using ogr2ogr

Now I want to go deeper - find out is it possible and how to convert
together with visualization properties ( colors, height for 3D etc.).

I would appreciate some links to some examples.
