[FWTools] OpeNDAP and GDAL - I am going brain dead

Hi Folks:

I am getting old and brain dead,  I am just not understanding how to  
use GDAL to read a grid  (3D or 4D) from an OpeNDAP server and  
convert it to an image.  If anyone would be so kind as to provide one  
working example that would help a lot.
