[FWTools] FWTools 1.4.1 Released for Windows

I still get an error:

  gdalinfo --version
ERROR 1: Can't load requested DLL:

127: The specified procedure could not be found.

GDAL 1.5dev, FWTools 1.4.1, released 2007/10/19



replacing gdal_sde.dll with Howard's version still works though.
