[FWTools] FWTools 1.3.7 Released

Frank,
I have been geeting an TIFFFetch/ReadDirectory error using any of the
python scripted utiltiies (gdal_merge.py, rgb2pct.py)  using linux,
see below for a example.

[root at pc304 /home/gis/test_gdal2tiles/GTiff/500m_tifs]$ gdal_merge.py
