[FWTools] FWTools 2.2.4 Released

Folks,

I have uploaded FWTools 2.2.4 for Windows.  This includes the latest GDAL,
PROJ.4 and MapServer. It also fixes the HDF5 problem reported earlier.

Unfortunately, I'm migrating the gdal.org domain this evening, so this
