[FWTools] Help needed on converting between lat / lon and STRP

I think I found it.  I need to be looking at ECEF (Earth Centered Earth
Fixed) which uses x,y and z coordinate system and tells how to convert
to / from WGS84.

Can you point us to a description of what STRP is?  A Google search for
the phrase "System Tracking Reference Point" returns no results.
