[FWTools] Latest build of GDAL and FWTools

It looks like I found it here: http://home.gdal.org/fwtools/ .  I suppose just the link on maptools.org needs to be updated....  Also, it's not on the mirror site either.  http://fwtools.loskot.net/

Thank you for the update.  When I search for the FW Tools download the only link I can find is at http://fwtools.maptools.org/, which looks like it only has the 2.0.4 version posted.  Is there a different link with 2.0.5?

Brian,

FWTools 2.0.5 was produced in January and should include any fixes made in
the GDAL source tree in December. If they are still missing let me know and
it means there is a flaw in my build scheme with regard to C#.
