[FWTools] FWTools PDF support for Mapserver

Hi Frank,

Would it be possible to compile Mapserver with PDF support in one of the
later Linux versions of FWTools?  I'm not sure what's involved in doing
that, but I just thought I'd ask.

FWTools is fantastic, and I use it every day.  The multi-format support in
gdal and ogr, combined with its ease of deployment makes it invaluable to
use on older Linux systems which are dependency nightmares for anything
else.

Thanks for having maintained this tool set for so long.
