[FWTools] Install OCI ?

Lenoil,

I'm not aware of prebuilt OGR OCI drivers available for
FWTools. My suggestion would be to install from OSGeo4W
instead of FWTools. It includes a package (in the advanced
install) named gdal-oci for this driver. You will also need to
install the OCI .dlls if you don't already have them.

Best regards,
