[FWTools] GDALRasterizeGeometries() and Python

I'm was hoping to use GDALRasterizeGeometries()  from the gdal_agl.h
file with python to burn polygons from PostGIS into a geotiff.  I
don't believe that there are python binding available, am I correct?
