[FWTools] gdal_translate

Thanks to Trent Hare and Roger Andre for their responses. Trent suggested
using Mirone (a Matlab implementation of GDAL) while Roger provided basic
code to translate *.adf files to *.tif. I was able to use part of Mirone's
Matlab code and modify for my purpose.
