[FWTools] Calculating Marsden Squares

This is the first I've heard of the fwTools software and I'm trying to
get some information on it. 
I'm in the process of developing a Java application that will receive a
Lat/Long and radius. I have to calculate the Marsden Square from those
params. Does the fwTools libraries support this type of calculation or
am I just way off base?
