[FWTools] Calculating Marsden Squares

I had to look up Marsden Squares as I hadn't heard of them:

   http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Marsden_Square

I see they are a naming convention for a grid system of regions of the
world.  I am unaware of any software included in FWTools that knows about
the extents of Marsden Squares.
