[FWTools] Background Color Dataset problem

With the help of a friend, I think I have the solution.

I use " -srcnodata "0 0 0" " in gdalbuildvrt, and "* -wo init_dest=255 "in
gdalwarp and the result is the background color I want (black here).*
*I tried on several images and it works.*
