[FWTools] (no subject)

Hiya,

could someone provide some insight with the OGR shp to DXF function? I have
FWTools 2.4.7 and I m trying to convert an (admittedly large) ESRI shape to
to DXF. The results I get are a number of lines explaining there is an error
with layer/field creation. I have read through some stuff, but since I m not
very comfortable with programming, I m a little bit helpless. If anyone
could provide info on this I would be much obliged!
