[FWTools] [FWTools 2.0.6] OpenEV + JPEG2000 + ubuntu 10.04

Hi,

I'm trying to load jpeg2000 images into OpenEV.
Everything is working fine in Windows whith FWTools 2.4.7.
However with Ubunto 10.04 and FWTools 2.0.6 I get a segmentation fault 
everytime i try to open a jp2 image. Is there any way to fix this problem ?
