[FWTools] Conversion of GeoTiffs to JPEG2000

Hello Bob,

"gdal_translate --formats"      gives you a list with all available 
drivers. It seems that the JPEG2000 is not included by default. However 
there are some other implementations of JPEG2000 available: LP2ECW and 
JP2MrSID. You could try one of these, or you would need to build the 
driver on your own.
